FRESH, LOCAL AND HOMEMADE
Here at Forty-6, we believe that the best kind of food is made using fresh, local ingredients and ensuring that every element of every dish is made in house. We source all of our ingredients locally and take pride in the knowledge that we are delivering only the best food to all of our customers.
It means that we cook certain elements of our dishes using the French Sous Vide method. We do this by sealing them in a small pouch to make sure none of the flavours escape and cook them in a water bath over the course of an average of 18 hours.
This ensures that every dish is packed to the brim with flavour whilst maintaining all of the nutrients that make eating our food so good.
